We have talked about ways that we could deal with this issue, but none of the solutions seem satisfactory. Short of an outright ban on regional deals, we realize that we can't stop people from exploiting regional restrictions. If people want to purchase regional deals, they should at least be doing it safely. We want people to be aware of the dangers associated with it. Instead of this discussion being relegated to the sometimes unreliable and misinformed comment section, we want to directly address it and hopefully provide accurate information and a place to ask questions.
