What can we do about faulty windows causing bay to move?

Structural engineer has confirmed that the movement in our bay window causing a gap between the house and the bay was caused by badly fitted windows. The window company were not happy at first but after coming to see the window and the bay, have admitted that they were badly fitted. They are willing to fit bracing and sort the windows out but this will not fix the fact that the roof has dropped and there is a gap between the house and the bay. Can we ask for compensation and would we have a legal case against them?

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
